Music Inspired by Nature
with Master David Paul featuring original music for violin and piano.
Live Stream Concert
Saturday December 21st, 7 p.m. (MT)
Tai Chi Gung Master David Paul has learned to draw the chi or life force up from the earth and project it through the music as he plays. It is a mystic technique explored by the Sufi poet Rumi. In ancient India, this special transfer of energy to an audience is described as Shaktipat.
During the concert, audiences see the original Nature photos and videos full screen, as they hear the music inspired by them. It allows them to bridge the gap from an artist’s representation to a direct connection with Mother Nature Herself as they listen. Those who do this successfully, and are willing to strengthen it practicing Lao Tzu’s exercises, will discover they can connect with Nature this way… anytime, anywhere, under any conditions.
David is the only certified Tai Chi Gung Master of Lao Tzu’s 3000 year unbroken lineage living in the United States. He has been practicing Tai Chi Gung daily for more than 36 years, teaching classes and leading seminars for 25 years. He currently serves as the director of teacher training in North America for his mentor Master Lama Rasaji. David leads 4 weekly live classes from CircleOfChi.com For information about local classes and private sessions in Denver, visit DenverTaiChi.com
