Circle of Chi Seminar

with Tai Chi Gung Master David Paul

People often ask to go deeper and learn more about Tai Chi Gung while I’m with them sharing a concert. Over the years, a comfortable and effective way to do that is through a Circle of Chi Seminar the next day.

If you don’t want to wait, I also share 4 live Tai Chi Gung classes every week from our community website, CircleOfChi.com for those who want ongoing training. Those who are interested in private training or local classes in Denver will find more information on DenverTaiChi.com

We offer several levels of membership on the Circle of Chi including a free 7 day trial which includes 2 live webinars every week with my Tai Chi Gung Master, Master Lama Rasaji.

In the Circle of Chi Seminars we dig deeper into the movements and breathing developed by Lao Tzu while he was immersed in Nature. They are easy for almost anyone to do, but mastering them comes over time. In the same way that a world famous musician or professional athlete returns again and again to the fundamentals, Tai Chi Gung students focus on these exercises. They are the core.

How can simple exercises be so powerful? Take the Body Twist for example. It is the second basic standing exercise. This movement teaches a student how to move energy as trees do. Some trees live for 1000s of years. Lao Tzu figured out that when a human being humbles themselves and learns how to move energy as trees do, they too can live many centuries in the same physical body.

The vast majority of human beings move through their lives with barely 10% of the energy available to them. While the vitality of youth carries them for a number of decades, eventually their health goes sideways as they “get older”. But when you have more than enough energy every day, much of that “inevitable” decline can be slowed down, even reversed… when you know what you’re doing.

A large portion of the Circle of Chi Seminar explores the pathways of energy that feed a person. These go beyond just food and exercise and sleep. In addition to the connection to the Energy itself, the Siddha Yoga Masters show people practical ways to make every area of their lives regenerative.

This regeneration happens in 8 main areas. They are the spokes of the Circle of Chi. In the Seminar we discuss ways to bring energy and regeneration to the mind, breath, movement, nutrition on 3 levels, work, money, relationships and Nature.
